I tried opening the App and it will not open!

The only reason I bought this app was so that I could add photos from my iPhoto library without having to email them to my phone. You cannot add photo’s through this app. Save your money and log into Instagram through Safari…..it’s exactly the same thing.

Same as other reviewers… downloaded, installed, and the app won’t open.

I too Downloaded this app simply to make uploading pictures much easier than on my phone! Well its a fail you can only view from this app… waste of money go through safari!

I cannot even take a photo nor stay logged in. Goodbye 99 cents. The worst app ever. This is why Apple is doing so badly-poor apps for too much money.

This app doesn’t do anything that safari internet can do. You cannot upload picture and it is a waste of money !!!! Don’t recommended. This is just taking people money.

I bought this so I could use Instagram on my mac but all you can do on it is look at your feed. There’s no search and you can’t upload pics either. You can do the exact same things on Instargram just on the Internet as you can on this. A waste of money I’d say. Wouldn’t suggest it.

Waste of 99 cents. wont even let me sign in. i signed out of my iphone and signed back in and its deffiently this app!

Bought the app to download photos straight from my computer but it doesn’t do that! Waste of money!

This app doesn’t even open on 10.10.

Worst instagram app on the market. it wont let me search,view personal profiles or upload photos. The only thing you can do is scroll your feed. I would rate this app -1 out of 5 stars. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY ON THIS APP

Pretty much all you can do is scroll through the home page. You can’t search for people or view individual pages, or post photos from your computer. I was able to click on someone’s name and see their page once, but I haven’t been able to any other time I try. Not sure if it’s a glitch or not, but it’s annoying and really pointless to have this app. I would much rather use my phone and be able to use the whole app.

This app is really useless, you can only scroll through photos, you can’t add or post anything. Save your 99 cents, buy some candy.

This is just an icon to connect you to the instagram you can get on safari for free. No uploading photos, no searching, ONLY access to your home screen. Total waste of money!

i want my 1.99 back this app is a rip-off! i could have looked at instagram on my browser for this!!! i cant add any pics or look at any thing that I see on my phone with this app. this blows!!!

This isn’t really a native app, but it’s a convenient way to drop instagram into your menu bar for an idle browse, like, and commenting session. I wouldn’t call it a rip-off. This does exactly what it says does, which means it’s probably worth your $2 if that’s waht you want. True, it doesn’t let you upload photos, but you won’t find ANY apps that let you do that anyway. That is a restriction on the Instagram API, probably to prevent people from uploading a bunch of cat memes and pictures lazily found on google image search. Which reminds me: I’d like to thank Instagram for preventing people from uploading a bunch of cat memes and pictures lazily found on google image search. That being said, 3 stars for just loading a webpage into a wrapper around an app. That’s almost as lazy as uploading google image search results to Instagram.

Spent my $199. Never asked me to create an account. Says error occurred in “my prurchases.” Can’t log in at all. Ripped off $1.99. Do not even try!

Simple. I use app for instagram every day. I like having it in the menu bar.
